Practical training and adoption

Help your marketing team use AI confidently in everyday work

Turn a useful demonstration into a method your team can repeat. We build exercises around familiar marketing tasks, approved inputs and clear quality criteria. People practise asking for useful output, checking it and knowing when to take over, with reusable guidance that remains available after the session.

The problem to solve

Some team members use AI every day while others struggle to judge its answers. Good approaches stay with individuals, and a generic tools presentation rarely changes the work. Adoption needs relevant practice, a shared checking routine and someone responsible for following through.

What you receive

  • Role-specific use cases and practical exercises for the selected tasks.
  • Reusable instructions and worked examples the team can revisit.
  • Review criteria covering facts, tone, data and fitness for purpose.
  • A working guide explaining responsibilities and how to handle mistakes.
  • An adoption plan with an internal owner and follow-up checkpoints.

Illustrative scenario, not a client result

What the work could look like

In an illustrative workshop, participants use an approved or fictional campaign brief. They prepare a request, compare drafts and correct unsupported statements. The reusable deliverable is the approach and checking routine they practised, rather than a slide deck listing tool features.

How we assess progress

Look for repeat use, acceptable work and the ability to explain the checks performed. Include correction time when comparing task completion. Session satisfaction can provide feedback, but it does not by itself show that the team has adopted the method.

How the engagement works

  1. 01

    Choose relevant exercises

We use the team's everyday work to identify what participants need to learn and what a useful result looks like.

  2. 02

    Practise and review

Participants apply the method, inspect errors and compare outputs against explicit criteria.

  3. 03

    Support repeat use

We provide reusable materials, assign follow-up responsibilities and define what the owner will observe.

What we need from you

  • The tasks people want to improve and their current experience with AI.
  • Approved, non-sensitive exercise materials and internal rules on data use.
  • A team lead or owner available to support use after the training.

Questions before you start

Is this suitable for beginners?

The scope and exercises are adapted to the participants' starting point. The goal is a useful, repeatable task rather than assuming everyone knows the same tools.

Must we use customer data in the session?

No. Fictional examples or approved non-sensitive materials can be used. Permitted inputs and tool conditions are agreed before the exercises.

How to measure time saved by AI in marketing

Start with a frequent, reviewable and documented task: reporting, briefs, content adaptation or research. Measure the whole process before and after, including preparation and correction.

Four fictional documents support answerable, unknown and conflicting-information test cases.
